We are open Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 9am to 5pm.
When calling our rooms for an initial bariatric appointment the receptionist will give you a brief overview on the Adelaide Bariatric Centre programme and costs. An information pack containing further details on the care programme will be sent to you along with an appointment letter and patient registration form.
When you come to your first appointment remember to bring in:
- Your referral
- Completed patient registration form
- Medicare/concession card
- Private health insurance details
- Relevant x-rays
